Gönül Örme is located in Istanbul / Turkey specialized in the production and exports of knitwear for both woman and men. The company is in an integrated building of 2500 sq meters which has the pattern making, sampling, knitting, washing, linking and the final quality control departments all in- house.
The knitting is with stoll machines and there is 3-5-7-12-14 and 16 gg ‘s in-house which all have the possibility of jacquards, intersia and fully fashion. There is a very professional in –house staff for pattern making and sampling, who prepare the company’s own collection and the customers requested styles. There is a wide range of subcontractors for print and embroidery.
The capacity of the company is 200,000 pcs per year, and the main production market is Europe. The customer portfolio consists of high end brands such as Paul Smith , MCQ , Beymen , Kenzo, Moschino, Maje, Alexa Chung, Marc Jacobs and Schumacher.
The raw material mainly comes from Italy from various well known suppliers and also in some cases local Turkish cotton is used. The minimum production amount is 300 pcs per style, and the lead time varies between 60-120 days depending on the raw material used, the season and the quantity.
